Three Notch'd

Imperial Stout – 10.2% ABV – 65 IBU

We put together a March Madness tournament for beer style you would like to see on our menu. The people voted and we have delivered. Not expecting an Imperial Stout to win, it took us a while to gather all the ingredients, but we finally pulled it off. This beer is dark, roasty, warm, and most of all smooth. A little bit of Château Special B malt was included to add complex plum and raisin notes.
