The Virginia Beer Company

Saison – 6.6% ABV

A bottle conditioned Brett Farmhouse Ale blended from white and red wine barrels aged between 18 and 30 months. The aroma is Brett forward with peaches and barnyard hay funk. Slight acidity and overripe peaches are layered with a restrained funk character in the flavor. Minimal oak/wine character overall. The blend has prickly carbonation with good body for such a dry beer.
