Jot That Down is a Philadelphia-style Double India Pale Ale dry-hopped with Falconer's Flight + Sitiva hops. Like sweet karate moves in your mouth, this 8.0% abv recipe is dry-hopped with Falconer's Flight (notes of lime zest) and Sitiva (flavors of passion fruit). The result is soft, slightly dank, liquid kitten mittens for your palate.
