We are told by our friends at Yakima Chief that HBC 630 is a mighty popular experimental hop variety that is next in line for a formal name. Paired with grassy notes provided by additions of Simcoe hops — along with simulations of smooth, sweet sips and ambrosial aromatics flush with liquid Luden's — this beer is built to be programmed in to your warm weather planning.
