Saison – 7.1% ABV

We dry-hopped this spicy aromatic saison with Motueka, Citra and Styrian Celeia hops to imbue it with complex floral and fruity hop aromas reminiscent of ripe papaya and lime, along with a bit of black pepper in the finish. Ekuanot hops and one of our favorite strains of saison yeast give this brew a deep earthy farmhouse character and add even more peppery spice.
