The vivid color and bright berry flavors of this moderately tart ale come from generous additions of raspberry and redcurrant, while hibiscus petals contribute floral aromas and a deep, earthy character reminiscent of cranberries.

We're celebrating our 3rd anniversary this summer with the release of this juicy, dank NE-style DIPA. Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Vic Secret hops add intense aromas of white grape, passion fruit, and pineapple, while our favorite Norwegian kveik yeast contributes subtle citrus flavors.

We dry-hopped this spicy aromatic saison with Motueka, Citra and Styrian Celeia hops to imbue it with complex floral and fruity hop aromas reminiscent of ripe papaya and lime, along with a bit of black pepper in the finish. Ekuanot hops and one of our favorite strains of saison yeast give this brew a deep earthy farmhouse character and add even more peppery spice.

Transport to your favorite tropical island with this smooth pale ale. This beer lends a very fruity smell. It is bright with citrus and has a lingering raspberry scent as well. Pine, citrus, and resinous flavors all come through in the taste in this crushable, no pun intended, pale ale.

The final edition of the Velvet Walrus for this winter is a big, rich milk stout made with hundreds of pounds of raspberry. Flavors of dark chocolate and brown sugar complement the strong berry character of this velvety smooth brew.
