Real Talk: Why has it taken us so long to bring back a Rye IPA? Worth the wait, we think, as Real Time has some really big hops to balance out a malty Rye backbone: —60-Minue:  Columbus —Whirlpool:  Chinook —Whirlpool:  Citra —Dry-Hop:  Simcoe A lowkey bitter bite, with floral notes and a subtly spicy finish to balance out a pleasing take on a recipe that has spent far too much time on our IPA-style bench.
