Festbier (better known in Deutschland as Wiesn or Festibiere…better known here as a German-Style Pale Lager) is the less filling and lighter cousin of the malty German-Style Marzënbier. Light in body, golden hued, with a bouquet of herbal & spicy Noble Hops notes provided by Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. This quaint, quaffable offering is the perfect complement to our robust, fuller-bodied Oktoberfest recipe.
