Imperial IPA – 9% ABV – 111 IBU

This Imperial IPA has an assertive aroma of sticky, resinous hops (mostly Summit) and an equally complex flavor profile including notes of grapefruit, lemon peel, spruce and cellared mushrooms. Although the flavor focuses on hops, a trio of malts balances this beer to a delicious level of palatability with hints of caramel, toffee and freshly-baked biscuits.
