Imperial Stout – 11% ABV
Particular version of stout, characterized by a body denser and has a high alcohol content, often well distinguishable by taste. It takes its name from the spread to the court of St. Petersburg, where he arrived from England in good condition, due to the preservative properties of alcohol. For a similar reason it is also called "Baltic". The version played by Teo is enhanced by notes of vanilla given by fermentation in French oak barrels.
