Beer organic honey is a high fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle. Towards 1880, honey beer was a specialty of the farm-brewery-Rimaux Deridder, to whom she had earned numerous awards at regional fairs. In 1920, Alfred Dupont acquired the farm-brewery-Rimaux Deridder to his son Louis. Extinct for more than 75 years, honey beer was recreated in 1997 to be offered to you this time version biological. 's current label is the faithful reproduction of the illustration used at the time. Production of this beer is controlled by Certisys ® and the beer is Biogarantie ® label. Amber and honey aromas very marked, the Beer organic honey is, as one might expect, a product predominant taste of honey. This feature, however, should not make it into the category of sweet beer, with which it has nothing in common. In fact, honey is refermented (that is to say, consumed) by the yeast in the bottle, Beer organic honey is not a sweet beer, but it is normal to find aromas and taste of honey.
