Scaldis de Noël was born in 1991 to satisfy consumers seeking a hearty beer for the Christmas and New Year festivities. Scaldis de Noël Premium is a traditional Scaldis de Noël which has undergone refermentation in a 75 cl bottle in a heated room for 3 weeks. That being the case, it not only has the luxurious qualities of traditional Scaldis de Noël - coppery colour, rich and powerful and yet balanced aromas – but also, due to its refermentation in the bottle, Scaldis de Noël Premium develops strong flavours and a slightly higher alcohol content (13% alc.vol). Brewed in a limited quantity, Scaldis de Noël Premium is an indispensable reference among the end of year beers.
