Doppelbock – 8.3% ABV

Hopgator (January 2014): This is a dry hopped Helles Doppelbock. It is a lager that is brewed with pilsner malt and will be hopped in the brewhouse and dry hopped in the aging tank with a combination of German Noble hops. This combination will result in a brew with a sweet malty flavor and strong hop aroma. 8.25% ABV.
