Dark Summer Mild
Blue Mountain
Ale – 6.5% ABV
Strong and darker version of the Original Summer Mild: Dark ruby brown, roasty and fairly light in body, and a little more pleasantly bitter on the palate than tradition dictates, our Summer Mild Ale was brewed with floor-malted Maris Otter barley, dark crystal malts, Styrian and U.K. Golding hops, and fermented with a blend of Henley-on-Thames and Scottish ale yeast strains.
