Scratch #137 represents a further refining of the HopCyclone process. A stainless steel device inside our fermenters creates a swirling vortex during the dry-hop process that maximizes hop aroma while minimizing hop usage. Dry-hopped with 100 pounds of equal parts Cascade, Citra, and Chinook hops, this intense IPA doesn’t pull any punches. Here at Tröegs, we love testing the boundaries of our equipment as well as your taste buds. Scratch #137 will push your palate into humulus lupulus overload!
