Three Notch'd
Double IPA – 7.5% ABV – 80 IBU
Designed by local homebrewer Noelle Gray, this East Coast Style Double IPA is the winning recipe of the 1st Annual BrewHaHa Homebrew Competition at Michael's Bistro back in April. Big citrus American hops: Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial give the beer a very complex, fruity/citrusy profile backed by a hearty malt bill including Munich and Vienna malts. An abundance of honey offers a pleasant aroma and joins the malts for a satisfying, sweet finish.
