Woodsman Series Traditional Belgian-style farmhouse Saison sporting the classic Saison DuPont yeast culture. Distinctive yeast characters blend brilliantly with the peaches added during fermentation. Aged in oak barrels for 3 weeks and then bottle- and keg-conditioned for a pleasant, natural carbonation. Inspired by Paul Cezanne's painting "Still Life with Apples and Peaches."
