Three Notch'd
Imperial IPA – 10% ABV – 130 IBU
Our second collaboration with the folks at Adroit Theory Brewing Company, this Triple IPA is dry-hopped with Mosaic, Pacific Jade, Amarillo and CTZ. The combination of the many hops used gives this beer a big, complex hop profile ranging from citrus/grapefruit to an onion/piney funk. All of this is backed by a strong malt profile making this beer a very balanced and quite quaffable (for 10% anyway) Triple IPA.
