Barrel Aged Macchiato Espresso Stout

Stout – 6% ABV


During aging espresso dolce coffee beans are added to the aging tank. This adds a strong coffee flavor and aroma to the beer. After the coffee is added we will age the beer in Amercan Oak and Bourbon barrels. Each barrel will impart different flavors and aroma to the beer. After aging for 8-12 weeks the barrels will blended together.
