Rye IPA – 7.5% ABV – 75 IBU
Brewed with our buddy Scotty Lynch, GM of Fardowners Restaurant in Crozet, Va, this Rye IPA is brewed every year with a different hop. This year, its the Sorachi Ace! The combination of the earthy, spice-like profile from the rye and the complex, lemon zest, citrus and dill flavors from the Sorachi Ace Hop are all supported by a crisp light malt body with a touch of caramalt for sweetness.
