What did we know when we set up a small brewpub on the island of Coronado 19 years ago? Not nearly as much as we know now!! Throughout CBC’s history, we’ve stayed thirsty for beer and knowledge, making each day into a learning experience. We’ve taken the time to hone our skills, maturing rather than aging. Our experience is evident in this double IPA. Hopped with Citra, Galaxy, Green Bullet, Mosaic, Nugget and Simcoe, it comes on strong with all the force of an 80 IBU, 9% ABV brew, and the grace of a citrus-driven West Coast IPA. Cheers to 19 years in the brewing business!
