Cider – 7% ABV

Rustic Basque style cider. Crafted to capture the funkadelic rustic basque style, we ferment fresh juice on apple skins, allowing the native yeast, tannin, and pectin from the skins to influence the primary fermentation before racking off into oak and aging Sur Lie(on top of the lees). A still style cider, tart, light tannins and with a funky farmhouse quality.
