Belgian Pale – 5.4% ABV – 20 IBU
A “Father’s Beer” traditionally brewed in Belgian Monasteries for every day consumption. Our interpretation is an easy drinking amber ale with soft, earthy and floral noble hop notes, followed by a hint of caramel sweetness. Dry to the taste with some mild fruit undertones and a distinctly spicy Belgian character developed from fermenting this craft beer with a second generation of yeast harvested from our Dubbel.
