'Time is Money' was born out of a general unhappiness with nearly every IPA in the world. Most breweries it seems are in a competition with themselves to see how bitter they can make them. Steam Bell's take on this style is a very dry base beer, low in bitterness but packed with tasty hop flavor and aroma.
