Culinary traditions cross brewing again in our beer brewed with fresh Herbs de Provence. Fermented at high temperatures with a spicy low phenolic producing yeast, this beer features herbal notes of Marjoram, Sage, Chervil & Lavender. Finishing spicy dry it’s a great food beer.
