Father Louis Hennepin serves as the inspiration behind our saison. A great Belgian explorer, Father Hennepin was the first European to visit Niagara Falls. His passion for exploration inspired us to take Hennepin one step further by using new experimental hops from around the world for dry-hopping. The result has quickly become a favorite of our brewers, and now we have brewed a very limited amount to share. In this latest edition to our hop explorer series, Mosaic hops take us to the mecca of hop growing in the US - Pacific Northwest - This modern hybrid of Nugget and Simcoe hop varietals is known for its unique blend of floral, tropical, and fruity characteristics.
