Mega Motueka is a new product created by them that uses select Motueka hops that are pelletized together with Phantasm NZ Sauvignon Blanc grape powder. We are one of the first to create a beer with this, and are certainly one of the first to make a west coast style. We use a special yeast strain to unlock thiols in grain and hops, and we utilize a special hopping regimen with certain hops throughout the production.
