Our American Pale Ale with a ton of Citra, Columbus and Cascade hops. Deep amber in color with an extremely well rounded hop and malt character. This beer gives hop heads what they are looking for without wrecking your palate; yet it is sufficiently balanced which is pleasing to many hop-timid beer drinkers. The finish is slightly dry and refreshing to the last drop. This beer will not disappoint!

Our take on a German style Pilsner. We take your traditional German Pils and add a good old American Hop Punch. This beer is clean, crisp and refreshing. This golden lager is the perfect beer for hot Virginia summer days.

A dark, rich stout; black in color with a tan head. Our American Stout has a rich mouthfeel, a rich dark chocolate taste and a slightly roasty middle. This beer finishes with a little hop bitterness to round it all out.

This special ale is a hybrid of styles: a dark beer, a Belgian beer and a session beer. Black in color, with a light to medium body and smooth mouthfeel. Our Anniversary Beer starts out crisp with just the right amount of malt and a hint of pepper, finishing clean w/just a hint of Belgian esters. At 3.5% you will be able to enjoy more than one of these!

Our newest ‘year round’ seasonal. We know that makes no sense! It’s seasonal because we use the fruit that is in season at the time we brew. This Belgian Blonde ale has fruit added during fermentation and is filtered prior to packaging.

Hop-heads REJOICE! This American style black ale has a medium-high hop bitterness that is piney and clean. This medium bodied beer has a wonderful dark malt flavor and aroma without roasted astringency.

An unfiltered Belgian style Blonde Ale with wheat and a lot of local honey in every pour. We have also added a special spice blend to give it an added kick. Smooth and refreshing, but be careful – this one’s ABV will sneak up on you. This beer is straw yellow in color with a slight sweetness in the middle and an estery finish characteristic of the best Belgian beers.

Brewed with traditional Saaz hops, this Czech style Pils is exceptionally crisp and clean. Straw in color, with a toasted, bready malt aroma and medium hop bitterness.

Our new Dry Stout has a sweet caramel nose with hints of chocolate. Smooth mouthfeel with a light body, dark chocolate and roast malt flavor. Finishing dry with a nice roast and slight hop bitterness to round out the sweetness.

This light, sessionable wheat beer is like summer in a glass. The nose greets you with a light cherry aroma that mingles with soft, earthy wheat. The beer pours a cloudy, pale, golden-orange hue that’s topped with a light, almost pinkish foam head. A medium bodied, malty sweetness gives way to a slightly tart, crisp, dry finish. And, at 4.5% ABV, you don’t have to feel guilty about grabbing a few more during those long summer days and nights.

The Folktoberfest was envisioned basically as an Oktoberfest style with some nontraditional modifications, such as using solely American Columbus hops rather than German varieties. “It’s just an easy-drinking, malty beer for when it gets colder,” said brewmaster Danny Wolf.

This unique beer is extremely refreshing on its own, but pairs very well with all types of food from spicy to heavy. Ginger lager starts with a pilsner base and then we add oodles of fresh ginger and dried ginger, along with a ton of fresh citrus. Crisp and effervescent, this beer will cleanse your palate and refresh you on even the hottest of summer days.

Our take on a farmhouse style beer with a nice, light body and packed full of flavors. We used local honey to bring out a slight sweetness. The honey also helps to round out the peppery flavors from the yeast. Smooth and easy drinking but watch out for the alcohol in this one!evening beer.

Just the right amount of locally sourced molasses and pumpkin pie spice make this a must have for the pumpkin beer lover. Moderate on alcohol but big on taste, this beer is one you can enjoy all day.

Hand-crafted by brewers, members of the media, Kickers fans and Wild Wolf Brewing Company, Kick It Hunny is a Belgian inspired American Pale Ale derived from the brewery’s popular Blonde Hunny. The smooth drinking session ale will tickle taste buds with hints of honey before finishing with a burst of citrus and hops. Lively aromas of crisp Citra hops, honey, and light malt mingle to create a refreshing nose. A hat trick of pilsner, wheat, and oat malts team up to give it a pale, cloudy yellow color and a thick, frothy white head. Kick It Hunny is a beautiful beer for fans of the beautiful game and is sure to become a favorite of soccer brewligans across RVA.

Golden in color, this hoppy lager is extremely well rounded with a beautiful malt backbone and a clean, crisp finish. The hops are strong on the nose and give a nice added punch to the finish. This low alcohol beer is a perfect all day beer with lots of flavor and character! Because we pour this with Ntro, it is not suitable for growlers.

An American IPa, Primal Instinct exhibits the best qualities of American-grown hops. We’ve blended five different malts to create a strong malt backbone and complemented them with five flavorful hop varieties, including hand-harvested Cascade hops grown in our very own hopyard. This blend imparts robust aromatic and tasting notes of tropical citrus and resiny pine.

Strawberry infused Schwarzbier.

Our Scottish style brown ale is deep brown in color – just take a smell of this beautiful beer and you will see why it is Scottish in style. Strong notes of roasted caramel malt & finishing with a touch of smoke and whiskey. Very reminiscent of the best scotches. The taste will leave you wanting more!

Aged for over a year, WolfINstein is an amped up version of our American Stout. More malt, more hops and a whole lot more alcohol. Deep black in color with a tan head. This beer is velvety smooth on the mouth. Starting with just a touch of alcohol heat, intense coffee and chocolate flavors and ending with just the perfect amount of hop bitterness to balance the entire experience. What a perfect dessert beer!
