A German-style unfiltered wheat beer – Cloudy gold in appearance with a rocky white head. Notes of ripe banana, clove, vanilla, bubblegum and tapioca in the nose. Upfront notes of ripe banana with hints of clove and vanilla in the flavor profile.

An Irish style amber ale, deep red in appearance. Caramel aroma with subtle hints of tangerine, moderate caramel sweetness, with slight bitter finish.

A German-style Maibock - Deep gold in color. Hints of golden syrup, flowers, grass and strawberry in the nose. Big malty sweetness with notes of lightly toasted bread, strawberry and grass balanced by a floral, lemony dryness.

Do you like hops? Our HOPPYUM IPA is full of citrusy American hops with an emphasis on Simcoe hops, an especially pungent hop variety. This brew finishes dry, making it a great session beer to come back to.

Combining the best of two great beer styles, hoppy Medium is an aggressive American Brown Ale. A roasted malty backbone with a hint of sweetness is complimented by a citrusy hop finish. It’s an IPA. It’s a brown ale. It’s a Hoppy Medium.

Low Down Brown Ale is brewed in the American style with pale malt, crystal malts, and a touch of chocolate malt. This medium-bodied ale has a distinctive Mt. Hood hop finish.

A German-style amber lager – Dark amber to light brown in color. Sweet caramel and toffee aroma. Caramel and toffee sweetness up front with notes of toasted bread and hints of roasted cashews and almonds.

An English-style Robust Porter - Dark Brown in color with a ruby hue - Chocolate and sweet toffee aroma - Firm unsweetened chocolate flavor with moderate notes of caramel and toffee, an herbal hop bitterness up front and a slight note of espresso in the finish.

A classic American style Pale Ale with Munich and a variety of crystal malts. Cascade, Perle, and Centennial hops round out PILOT MOUNTAIN's hop profile, and Cascade whole hops are added to the mash for additional hop aroma.
