Our most popular beer. 420 Extra Pale Ale is a tasty West Coast Style Pale Ale with a good hop feel to it and a crisp finish. 100% Marris Otter grain for clean, malty profile and brewed to yield a full body to balance the high hop bitterness. Hop flavors and aromas are grapefruit, lemon herbal, black currant, and mint. This double ipa is a great citrusy beer for a warm weather fest.

Sweetwater Blue is a unique lighter style ale enhanced with a hint of fresh blueberry. When you drink this beer take a good whiff first and you’ll smell the blueberry influence, but on the taste it’s extremely subtle and the finish is extra clean. Ain’t no fruit beer, but it is our breakfast beer, usually folks that are looking to quench their thirst or for those that are new to the “good beer” lifestyle; this is their choice. This brew and the ESB were the original two to go through the tanks at SweetWater in February 1997.

This dignified gent has a dark side that’s savory, with a velvety mouthfeel, robust dark chocolate and vanilla aroma, and flavors of roasted malt and char. The malt blend is 2 Row, Munich, 70/80, Roasted Barley, Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, and Black, with Columbus hops.

Bacon Smoked Porter

Definitely one of the finer American Brown Ales. A deep copper colored, mild brown ale. SGB is accentuated by a slight nuttiness from its malt character. Designed to be a session beer it has a real smooth finish with a very subtle hop character.

Slide into summer and step off the grid by Goin’ Coastal with this pineapple laced IPA. The bright aromas of the five citrus hop additions are accentuated by the tropical fruit of the pineapple – and just like those three day weekends, its finish is quick.

Oh me oh my-. What did we do? We fired up the skillet to 420 degrees, tossed in a sizzling concoction of 2-Row, Wheat, Pale Chocolate, Cara-Brown, and Midnight Wheat, then added in a hefty dose of hop hash and other dank-ish-ish-ish fixins to scatter, smother, and cover this baby all the way. Resiny, citrusy hops spice up the rich chocolate and caramel notes the malt brought to the mix, making this platter slide down the counter at 60 IBU’s.

We scraped all the hash out of the Yakima hop pelletizers we could get our sticky fingers on to concoct the dankest double IPA out there. The pure hop lupulin, aka “hash” (the resiny stuff), meshes seamlessly with the 2-row, pilsner and wheat malts, allowing it to deliver a pungent punch to the palate.

This mammoth IPA is defined by generous quantities of premium hops and balanced with a premium selection of English malt. Traditionally unfiltered IPA’s lead to the slight haze appearance. An extensive dry-hopping process contributes to its very intense floral hop aroma. The IPA is unfiltered and as always, unpasteurized to leave all the natural flavors intact. SweetWater’s newest outlaw clocks in at 8.5% ABV. This straw-colored brew gets its color from a blend of two types of Pilsner malts, along with 2-Row and wheat, setting the baseline of the brew with a smooth mouth feel. Brewers picked up the tempo, adding Amarillo hops to the kettle phase for an extended and bittering boil. Taking the stage in the whirlpool and dry-hopper, Citra hop hash joined the party to develop the beer’s bold flavors and aroma. The hash resign is packed with an abnormally high concentration of oils and alpha acids –the bittering component found in hops – delivering an intense citrus aromatic taste.

A flame throwin’ Rye IPA ignited by a 25% shot of rye malt and capped by a booty hoppin’ blast of Mt Hood and Centennial hops that makes this IPA bounce!

On the farm way too long, ol’ McDanko began showing some worrisome tendencies. Following a solid session in the hot box smoking malt, he was overcome by a methane cloud emoted from the herd. Ya heard? Reaching for the hops, he goofed and grabbed porky by the e-i-e-i-oh and plopped her in the brew kettle slow and low —that is the tempo. Knock knock —who’s them? It’s McDanko’s inbred neighbor, Geri Reynolds, swinging by delivering his deliverance with some fat back hem and some fat back them. Stepping out past some Foxy brothers picking a banjo on the porch to sample his wares, McDanko, doubled over the chopping block and squealed like a pig – wieii wieii — proclaiming this to be the most bodacious bacon beer brewed this side of the Chattoog-a! Take Two Pils is a step into an alternate reality for SweetWater, a head-first dive down the rabbit hole into the Wonderland world of lagers. The adventurous golden blonde German style pilsner is brewed with a mad hatter’s dose of spicy floral hops. It’s beautifully Bohemian in body, earthy in soul and it’s moving low. The perfect balance of three distinct divergences. Allowed to initially flower with Belgian ale yeast, The Pit & The Pendulum was then incarcerated with Brett and freshly puréed peaches to intensify the trifecta of its persona. Enjoyable fresh, but also a good one for the cellar, as the Brett continues to contemplate its environment. Malts: 2 Row, Carapils, Pilsner Caramel. The Strain keeps rolling along with this hazy double IPA. Aromas of citrusy orange hit first with a caboose full of vanilla and pine notes following. Billowing dank aroma and strain-specific terpenes jump the whole thing off the rails.

What happens when a 500 year old Belgian style ale gets rear-ended by a truckload of pompous American hops? It equals one heck of an ambulance chaser of a beer. This is an American style Belgian IPA, with a subtle phenolic flavor in combination with citrusy/piney hops, well balanced at 6.2% and 55 IBUs, with a tart, dry finish.
