| Cranberry Woods | | Cisco Nantucket, MA | Sour Ale 5% ABV | Ale aged in oak barrels with cranberries added. |
| Grey Lady Ale | | Cisco Nantucket, MA | Witbier 4.5% ABV | The name "Grey Lady" comes from the nickname for the often-foggy island for which it is brewed. This hazy, Belgian-style Wit emits a complex, earthy nose with sophisticated notes. The sift, malty mid-palate has wicked good zesty hints but gives way to a delectably dry finish. Quenching! |
| Island Reserve - Saison Farmhouse | | Cisco Nantucket, MA | Farmhouse 5.5% ABV | First in Series: Buckwheat, oats, and rye fermented with Brettanomyces and a Saison yeast in a 50 hectoliter french oak cask. Herbs and spices grown here at the brewery replaced most of the hops. On it’s way into package it was treated to a host of microflora to create additional character over time; look for it to gain acidity and dryness. Drinking now: A hazy tight laced golden-orange, herbal and spicy with tropical fruit in the nose. Light-Medium bodied yet somehow slick with very fine carbonation. I’ll be cellaring this and pulling a bottle every month to watch it change. Five year peak? We’ll see. |
| Lady of the Woods | | Cisco Nantucket, MA | Sour Ale 5% ABV | Bright straw with white lace. Tropical fruit, oak, Chardonnay. Slight tang finishes dry and refreshing. |
| Monomoy Kriek | | Cisco Nantucket, MA | Sour Ale 6.7% ABV | Two year old Nantucket Flemish-style red aged on whole sour cherries for 10 months. This is similar to sipping the idea of what a "cherry" is... UNREAL. |
| Pumple Drumkin | | Cisco Nantucket, MA | Pumpkin 6.9% ABV | On Nantucket a Pumple named Drumkin, brewed up some great ale with his pumpkins. One and all came to savor the delicious flavor, then wobbled around quite like bumpkins. At Cisco they thought, "The is De-Lish! Let’s make some more because we wish, to please all the tourists, and locals and purists, with the best ale that we can accomplish!" |
| Samkaty | | Cisco Nantucket, MA | Lager 3.8% ABV | Ed. Note: Although this beer was originally an American Golden Ale, after a short period of time the brewer changed the yeast strain, and it is now a lager. This 126 calorie lager with wonderful balance and strong hop finish is unlike most light beers. Reminiscent of an IPA but smooth and easy to drink.
It is named after the famous lighthouse that has stood on a bluff on the south eastern side of Nantucket Island since 1849. Perched precariously 88 feet above the raging Atlantic Ocean, Sankaty Head Light is in danger of falling prey to beach erosion. The lighthouse is the most powerful in New England. |
| Whale's Tail | | Cisco Nantucket, MA | Pale Ale 5.5% ABV | |
| Winter Shredder | | Cisco Nantucket, MA | Winter Ale 8.8% ABV | Gnar-Gnar Lumpkin, the shreddingist snowman this side of Nantucket Sound, likes nothing better than catching a wave on his board...a Cisco wave that is, cold, fresh, and wicked cool! Get mad shacked with the Shredder and have yourself a merry little winter. |
