A traditional witbier that we brew to style with a balance of soft white wheat and malts that offer a slight sweetness and distinct aroma flavors with the additions of coriander and sweet orange peel.

Hop Suplex is juiced with six different hop varieties in the brew kettle and our slow, heavy weight dry-hop additions added by HopfenKubel. Hop Suplex Ale features Saucony’s widest range of hop varieties and our most complex hopping schedule. Hop Suplex weighs in at 10% ABV compliments of a hefty grain bill, but a dose of honey balances the flavor and compliments the floral and strong citrus tones of grapefruit, melon, and gooseberry provided from our favorite selection of hops.

RING BOLOGNA ONCE! RING BOLOGNA TWICE! WE’RE FROM KUUUUTZTOWN GEEEEEZZZ THAT’S NICE!!!! A Kutztown Ring Bologna smoked amber lager. In local Kutztown Pennsylvania Dutch fashion we crafted an amber lager that is brewed with malts that we smoke over Kutztown Ring Bologna, infusing traditional Pennsylvania Dutch flavors. Kutztown Lagerbier is bright amber beer with a subtle smoke flavor and crisp lager taste.

We love the unique flavors of Belgian beers, and this is our Belgian-style strong dark ale. Rich in flavors of soft caramel, vanilla, plums and raisins.

Imperial pumpkin ale crafted with butternut squash, maple syrup and spices added.

An oatmeal & coffee brunch stout (because we don’t wake up in time for breakfast) the North Ramp Stout is loaded with flaked oats and locally roasted and brewed Benchwarmers Coffee. Benchwarmers Coffee is roasted and brewed in Reading, PA and takes the name North Ramp from our homebrewing and flying friends at the North Ramp FBO at the nearby Reading Airport.

This is an all-day American Style India Pale Ale that is brewed with a marriage of hops additions from our Stonefly IPA and Imperial Crystal DIPA. The Saucony Sessions IPA is comprised mainly of Cascade, Liberty, and Crystal hops and though it is a session ale clocking in at only 4.5% Alc. by Vol. it still delivers a strong hopped IPA punch to please any hophead. Break out the guitars and grill and jam all day!

Stonefly IPA has been refreshed with the addition of Citra Hops and introduction of a new dry-hopping process we call Alle Zeit Hopfen. A new dry-hopping contraption we custom built called HopfenKubel that we designed to slowly release dry-hops continuously for 48 hours into the fermentation tank. This will allow more surface contact time with the hops and beer fully maximizing the aroma and flavors from the hops. The addition of Citra Hops deliver a spicy, floral, strong citrus and tropical tone of grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, passion fruit and lychee. Stonefly IPA will continue to support the efforts of the Schuylkill Action Network and donate a portion of proceeds to the Berks Watershed Restoration Fund to protect the source waters and health of the Schuylkill River watershed.

We cold steep this Imperial Coffee Stout with rich full bodied Sumatrian coffee beans roasted by our friends at Benchwarmers Coffee right down the road in Fleetwood, PA. The heady perfume of French chocolate, roasted coffee, vintage port and passion fruit rise to the top delighting the senses. The beer then gracefully coats the palate with a deep cushion of velvet, lush silk appeal. At 9.5% ABV warm alcohol flavors elegantly finish this delightfully sensuous brew. xRéserve beers are a limited release, brewer’s reserve series that will feature new beer releases throughout each year. All xRéserve beers will be available in 750ml bottles for purchase exclusively at the Brewery Taproom. The 750ml bottles are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each xRéserve Beer will only be brewed (30BBL batch) once per year.
