A dark ale aged 8 months in oak bourbon barrels.

A Belgian-style Pale ale aged in Chardonnay barrels that underwent a secondary fermentation. It's a well balanced example of what have come to be known as “wild ales”, referring to the presence of non-traditional brewer’s yeast.

Crystal Row is a malt forward American Strong Ale that layers Pilsner and Munich malts with English caramel, crystal rye, and roasted malts for body and complexity. Moderately bitter, our brewers use some of their favorite American hops to contribute notes of pine and citrus to round out the aroma and flavor.

Session brown ale

Light amber in color, assertively hopped but well balanced. Fruity & aromatic, generously dry hopped with Cascades & East Kent Goldings. 48 IBU’S, 5.8% ABV.

This is the first installment in our new Incubator Series. Incubator No 1 is a Unfiltered Belgian Pale Ale. Featuring beautiful belgian aromas, and a slightly dry, hoppy finish; Incubator No 1 is complex in taste, and unique in style. Very approachable and sessionable, this is sure to be a fan favorite.

This American style IPA is agressively hopped at a rate of over 2lbs. per barrel. Big notes of citrus and pine compliment a reserved but firm malt backbone.

Lot #6 Double ipa: think of this as our Lot #3 on performance-enhancing malt and hops. 8.5%abv, and all kinds of tropical fruit and citrus notes. Tommy got very nervous when he saw all the hops going into this one. 18.5°

Black w/garnet highlights, this Porter is rich & full flavored with notes of chocolate, coffee & smoke. 24 IBU’S, 5.8% ABV.

Almost two years in the making, our sour red ale is an ongoing project that pays tribute to the sour ales of Flanders. Tart and earthy with notes of vanilla and tannin from our oak aging process, this complex ale is layered with unique character.

A tropical take on their classic American IPA, this pineapple IPA packs a tropical fruit flavor with juicy hop character. Brewed with loads of pineapple juice and aggressively hopped to contribute big tropical and citrus notes.

A strong deep golden ale that is the base beer for the Spring Migration. Dry hopped with Summit and Liberty hops. Essentially an English Golden Barley wine, this ale was brewed with Maris Otter pale malt and Munich malt for exceptional depth of character

A caribbean stout infused with coffee. The caribbean style is synonymous with strong full bodied stouts. Ours is rich and dark with a toasted brown head, well balanced, roasty and full flavored. A Golden Ale aged 7 months in oak Rum barrels.

Our brewers collaborated with the team at Rise Up to select and roast a single origin, fair-trade organic Sumatra coffee specifically for this project. This beer is brewed to the strength of an imperial stout with a base of English Marris Otter malt layered with copious amounts of dark malts. The resulting beer was conditioned on more than 25 pounds of coffee lending a rich, espresso-like aroma. Coffee, dark chocolate, and roast characters are prominent in this velvety smooth and darkest of ales

Our winter seasonal is a nod to the classic altbiers of Dusseldorf. A full, toasty malt profile is countered by generous additions of German Hops. Well balanced but assertively hopped, this complex but approachable beer is ideal for shaking off the chill of winter.

Imperial brown ale with maple syrup, brown sugar and toasted peacans.

Our spring seasonal, a 4.9%abv golden ale brewed with honey, hibiscus and chamomile. Slightly sweet with a subtle tartness to balance.

Summer Session ale is a light refreshing unfiltered ale brewed with Barley, Oats, Rye, and wheat for a subtle complexity. A reserved hop bitterness and aroma balance the lightly sweet grain character.
