| CAVU | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | Blonde Ale 4.6% ABV–18 IBU | Inspired by Todd’s experience as a pilot, CAVU (Ceiling And Visibility Unlimited) is a flight term used to describe clear skies or ideal conditions. We hope you have the same outlook during the warm summer months while sipping on this light-colored and brisk ale that presents itself with hints of tropical fruit and citrus notes from our west coast hops, then finishes clean and bright…like a cool breeze on a clear summer day. |
| Coco Loco | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | Porter 6.2% ABV–40 IBU | Deep, rich and delicious. This robust porter has a base of Chocolate and Brown malts for a stunningly deep rich color with ruby highlights. The slight bitterness from American chocolate is balanced with the sweet notes of organic coconut. It was even awarded the Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal in 2012. |
| Cold Crash | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | Winter Ale 6.3% ABV–26 IBU | Crash through the cold weather with our malty, hearty ruby red ale! Cold Crash offers a malt-forward and dark fruit-accented flavor profile with a distinct winter spice sharpness, subtle hop presence, and a warming 6.3% ABV. Perfect for the cooler months or just warming the soul. |
| Ghost Hop | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | IPA 5.9% ABV–70 IBU | Ready for a warm weather, easy drinking beer but not ready to give up your hops? Ghost Hop has the grain bill of an IPA, minus the color, and the hops of a true Northwestern IPA, all delicately fermented with Belgian Wit yeast. It is an American IPA-Belgian love child! It has the light body and drinkability of a Belgian Wit with the Citrus & Pine flavors from the Amarillo and Centennial hops. |
| Gordgeous | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | Pumpkin 6.4% ABV–29 IBU | This Pumpkin is hot, and it knows it. Gordgeous is a well-balanced pumpkin ale using over 50 lbs. of pumpkin and 42 lbs. of brown sugar for every batch! Our spice blend is not the typical for pumpkin beers, either. We use whole-seed spices cracked at the brewery on brew day which include allspice, cardamom, cloves and freshly shaved whole ginger root. |
| Hop, Drop 'n Roll | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | IPA 7.2% ABV–81 IBU | 2014 World Beer Cup® Gold Award Winner, American-Style IPA. Hops in your face. Crisp, mouthwatering, American citrus hops dominate for an ideal IPA character. It’s hopped before, during and after the boil with late boil additions of Citra and Amarillo for a complex flavor profile. The rich golden color comes from a blend of English and American base malts accented with substantial amounts of Vienna and Wheat malt. This is the beer that started it all for NoDa Brewing. |
| Jam Session | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | Pale Ale 5.1% ABV–31 IBU | The evolution of American Pale Ale—still a session beer but it sacrifices nothing—clear hop flavor shines through without being too dominant, and there’s a great malt flavor uncommon to the variety. The backbone of this beer is the balance of imported Maris Otter and Caramunich malts with the pine and citrus flavors of Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra hops. |
| Midnight Madness | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | Black Ale 6.8% ABV–71 IBU | This is our version of a Cascadian Dark Ale, more commonly known as a Black IPA. Made with six hop varieties: Cascade, Centennial, Columbus (Tomahawk), Chinook, Simcoe, and Warrior it has a nimble complexity surprising for it’s style. Sweet malt notes linger in the finish and despite its opacity it’s fairly medium-bodied and smooth. |
| NoDaRyeZ’d | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | Rye IPA 8.7% ABV–90 IBU | A solid malt backbone with a hefty amount of rye to further the grain bill, NoDaRyeZ’d has a 7-hop blend that accentuates the spiciness of the rye and gives the beer an American IPA flavor, aroma and substantial bitterness. |
| Nodajito | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | Witbier 4.8% ABV–18 IBU | Our Mojito-inspired Belgian Wit infused with mint leaves and lime zest. See what the cult following is all about. Hazy, minty and citrusy, it’s ideal for a summer day or just some summer dreaming. |
| Ramble On Red | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | Red Ale 5.2% ABV–30 IBU | A red ale with character, Ramble On Red uses the unique combination of rye malt and Belgian Special B with Challenger hops. While it has more body than most reds and a malt-forward profile, it is still a session beer of the finest variety. |
| Santa Baby | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | Christmas Ale 4.5% ABV–24 IBU | Santa Baby is our special holiday treat that we hope you’d want to share with your friends and loved ones during the holiday season. This beer is based off a Scottish Export style, having a lower alcohol level of 4.5% and still a nice dark ruby color and malt forward character. To make it even more special we spice it with spices found commonly in Belgian holiday offerings such as coriander, clove, orange peel, ginger and vanilla. |
| Woody & Wilcox | | NoDa Brewing Company Charlotte, NC | IPA 6.2% ABV–65 IBU | Woody & Wilcox IPA is a true west coast style IPA. We use some fun, tropical/citrusy hops called Azacca & Equinox but also use the tried & true hops, used in Hop, Drop ‘n Roll as well, called Chinook & Centennial plus three other hop varieties: Magnum, Bravo & Palisade. Again, lots of hops but more importantly, that great floral, citrusy aroma/nose you get when you drink a good west coast style IPA.
Named after our friends Woody & Wilcox, the morning duo on Charlotte’s 106.5 The End. Their show’s a great way to get your morning started! Call in and tell them we said hello. |
