Wooden Robot Brewing

This fantastic brew features a blend of our mixed culture foeder-fermented saison and a clean sour brown ale. This beer combines toasty and chocolatey malts with lactic tartness and just a hint of funk.

This 5.4% ABV extra pale ale was hopped liberally and singularly with Citra hops. The resulting beer is an IPA-lovers dream with citrus and tropical hop character, but without the higher ABV.

A pale ale with all the hoppiness of a West Coast IPA. Extra Good (ABV: 5.4%) is generously hopped with Citra and Equinox hops for an IPA lover's dream without the elevated ABV.

Gluten Tag starts off with a similar malt bill to Overachiever Pale Ale. We then hop it generously with Citra and Equinox in the kettle and fermentor. This beer is treated with an enzyme to reduce gluten, resulting in a deliciously hoppy brew for everyone, whether you’re sensitive to gluten or not!

This big, bold nitro stout proudly features loads of caramel and roasted malts. With a balance of dark fruits, rich chocolate, and roasty coffe, be careful, this one is a sipper.

A collaboration with our neighbors at Charlotte’s own Enderly Coffee. We combined fresh roasted Madagascar vanilla beans to produce an eye opening, enjoyable coffee vanilla blonde ale.

A dark farmhouse ale inspired by French Biere de Garde. Toasty and bready malts carry through to the dry, lightly hoppy, finish in this delicious brew.

Overachiever exceeds expectations by packing the citrusy, juicy hop character of our favorite IPA’s into an obsessively drinkable pale ale. Brewed with pale and caramel malts, oats, Simcoe® and Centennial Hops, and our house ale yeast.

A mixed fermentation farmhouse ale brewed with local Riverbend malt and fermented in our oak foeder. Rengade of Funk is tart, funky, with just a hint of floral hop character.

This classic German-style Gose is the product of a mixed fermentation resulting in a dry, tart character that is then spiced with salt and coriander.

At 5.1% ABV, Thicket as Thieves starts life as a sour farmhouse ale brewed entirely with local malt from Riverbend Malt House. It is then re-fermented on over 1 pound per gallon of blackberry puree for a delightfully tart and juicy flavor with a dry finish.

Universal Automaton is the first release that has completely fermented in our 30 BBL oak foeder. Brewed with local malts from Riverbend Malt House and fermented with our house mixed culture, this beer displays notes of tart citrus, decadent stone fruits, and a dry, slightly funky, finish.

The seventh batch in our rotating IPA series. The malt and hops will vary with each batch, but you can always count on a dry beer with a bright, hoppy flavor and aroma. Batch 7 features Citra and Amarillo hops and flaked oats, resulting in a juicy, tropical West Coast take on the style.
