Two Roads Brewing

This is Clementine Gose and it is a gose brewed with fresh Moroccan Clementines named affectionately “Clem Gose” in honor of one of their founders (Clem Pellani).

The Two Roads version of this traditional beer style takes a road less traveled. It’s unfiltered and uses wheat as the dominant malt backbone. The result is a slightly cloudy, pale IPA with a softer mouthfeel that accentuates the citrusy Pacific Northwest hop character.

In honor of Stratford’s aviation pioneer Igor Sikorsky, we’ve created this most unorthodox Russian Imperial Stout. Made with rye and aged in oak whiskey barrels that give it a depth of character like no other. We think Igor would be pleased with the attention to detail in our creation. Zero to Sixty

A session IPA in a can. Made with three exotic hops - Azacca, Mosaic and Equinox. Taste is of tropical fruits, specifically passion fruit, grapefruit and apricots. Finishes with just enough toasted malt character to balance.

Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

Big passion fruit nose and taste mingled with tartness and salinity.

This refreshing wheat ale is brewed with 100% real peaches and a hint of hibiscus. It’s a most appealing brew with an inviting, jammy fruit flavor enhanced by a subtle tartness from the hibiscus.

This beer has a rich blend of tropical fruit notes with hints of pineapple, mango & guava. With pleasing tartnesss, it’s a tropical twist on a refreshing fruit gose.

A big, hoppy IPA with plenty of bite! Our assertive, hop-centric Double IPA has a lean malt backdrop and is brewed with four American hop varieties – Summit, Palisade, Cascade and Magnum. Piney, citrus, floral, not-for-the-timid!

Made with real raspberries and black raspberries with a kiss of fresh cut lemongrass.

An easy-drinking IPA with plenty of hop character underscored by notes of tropical fruits including guava, mango and passion fruit. Crush those warm, sunshine filled days with Summer Heaven!

We source the freshest persian lime juice through a local craft juicery and blend it into a classic Gose brewed with an added twist -- flaked rye! The result is a strikingly vibrant fresh lime aroma and flavor that shouts refreshment.

Classic Gose sour/salty interplay with the unmistakable character of tart Italian plums (prunus cocomilia). Pinkish in color and decidedly refreshing.

Two Juicy is an unfiltered, cloudy “New England style Double IPA” that uses generous amounts of Hallertauer Blanc, Citra & Mandarina Bavaria hops. The result is a “juicy”, fully-charged DIPA with notes of grapefruit, pine, lychee, orange & tangerine against a soft malt backdrop.

A heavily dry hopped Farmhouse ale using ingredients from both CT and VT. We used VT white cedar and CT balsam fir tips in the boil.

Under the Wire is a collab with our friends @tworoadsbrewing. Under the Wire is an IPA with Hallertau Blanc and Mandarina. Notes of White Wine Grapes, Tangerine, Elderflower and light Earthiness

We have taken our Workers Comp saison and “stomped” all over it. Using a variant of our classic saison recipe and aging it in white wine barrels, this beer is the newest in our “Road Less Traveled” series. Majorly fruity and spicy with a hint of dry white wine notes.

Introducing an original Tart IPA with big flavor that takes off the second it hits your mouth! Zero 2 Sixty is an easy-drinking IPA with a nicely balanced tart “chassis” that brings out the flavor and aroma of the hops. It is hopped with Comet and Chinook and then kettle-soured for a tart, balanced finished.
