Using our core Gose (Prophets & Nomads) as the base, we added the freshest guava puree we could find. The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour. Expect the Pink Himalayan Salt and flowery guava to leave you refreshed and wanting more.

This hugely flavourful, yet still extremely sessionable Double Dry-Hopped IPA made with 16 grams per litre of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Citrus and Tropical fruit notes dominate, but is also balanced with a smooth body that makes this one super easy drinking IPA.

21 months. That’s how long this Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels. If it were a child it would be stringing two-word sentences together by now. And you know what it would say? “F*cking delicious.” Collaborating with Voodoo Brewing from Pennsylvania, we used Cocoa Nibs and Cassia Bark (also known as Chinese Cinnamon) to give this beer some deep chocolate flavours and a sweet spice.

In collaboration with our wicked friends at 18th Street Brewery from Hammond, Ind., we created this sour ale with huge amount of toasted coconut added in the whirlpool and pineapple during fermentation. Lactose was also used during brewing to add to the creamy sweetness to complete this summer delight.

PA No. 10 is a flavourful, yet extremely sessionable Double Dry-Hopped Nano IPA. Made with 12 grams per litre of Mosaic and Simcoe hops, tropical fruit notes dominate but are balanced with a smooth body that makes this one a super easy drinking IPA. And at just 3.2% ABV it was made for sipping in the sun!

IPA 11 is all about balance! We took Idaho 7 hops, bursting with big tropical fruit notes, and paired it with a favourite: good ol’ citrusy Mosaic. Next we added lactose to balance out all those big hop flavours and give this super flavourful Double Dry-Hopped IPA a silky smooth mouthfeel.

Our biggest and possibly our most beautiful (we’ll let you decide though) IPA in the Series to date. IPA #8 is double dry hopped with Simcoe, Moutere and Columbus hops, so you should expect a cloudy bright pour and intense fruit, dank citrus and pine notes. Best enjoyed as soon as you get it home.

Our newest in our IPA series is a Double Dry-Hopped Brut IPA . Crisp, bubbly and utterly bursting full of fresh Azacca and Citra hops. The aroma and flavour of bright citrus and mango come from the large 16g/hL dry hopping.
