The latest edition of our silky smooth Velvet Walrus series is a big, malty milk stout made with Ceylon cinnamon and Mexican vanilla beans. Roasted barley and East Kent Golding hops add flavors of dark chocolate and honey, while British ale yeast lend light notes of cherry and orange zest, which lead into a moderately sweet finish with a hint of lingering cinnamon spice.

Our hefeweizen is a traditional hazy German-style wheat beer with strong banana character and light notes of vanilla and clove. German Hallertau and Mandarina Bavaria hops provide restrained bitterness and subtle floral and citrus aromas. Crisp, effervescent, and extraordinarily drinkable.

Kestrel has landed as our newest addition to our thiolized pale ale series! Aromas of sweet flowers and bright citrus awaken your senses that are very reminiscent of a sunny spring day. Hopped with Citra, Alora, and Idaho 7 this pale ale brings out big flavors of pine, orange zest, pink grapefruit. The journey of the kestrel is finished with a welcome bitterness that adds a refreshing crispness.

Italian Pilsners are known for their balanced, yet unmistakable bitterness, and our version is no different.

The final edition of the Velvet Walrus for this winter is a big, rich milk stout made with hundreds of pounds of raspberry. Flavors of dark chocolate and brown sugar complement the strong berry character of this velvety smooth brew.

This big, Belgian abbey-style ale is smooth, dark and a little dangerous. This chocolatey beast was conditioned on hundreds of Madagascar vanilla beans to impart complex vanilla character, while dark malts add hints of milk chocolate and a light roasted character, which give way to a dry finish. The perfect companion to warm you up on a cool moonlit night.

New England-style IPAs have taken over, but the spicy, floral aromas of this distinctive IPA are a throwback to the bold, hoppy West Coast flavors of the brews that built the craft beer industry. The classic American trio of Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo hops contribute flavors of lemon and orange, together with a bit of pine and moderate bitterness.
