A beer inspired by the Southeast & designed for sipping on summer Caolina nights. Golden Ale ties together floral & citrus characteristics from carefully selected local malts, a unique blend of classic & new school hops, & creative brewing techniques.

Mango, tangerine, spicy lime zest, peppery, dank, piney, earthy. Some floral, rose-like attributes intermingled with light berries and tangerine citrus.

A revisited beer for us without lactose! A smooth DIPA packed with a bouquet of unique fruit flavors laid over a clean, soft malt profile. Layers of berries are punctuated by lively citrus, tossed in a blender with tropical fruit for some serious smoothie vibes.

The Sycamore brew team experimented with a new hop varietal and yeast strain with this beer in aims of bringing out a veritable “rainbow” of fruity flavors to this IPA. Drinkers can expect big notes of grapefruit, mango, lime zest, mandarin orange, passionfruit, and pineapple in this beer, alongside a dank earthiness that comes from using exceptionally fresh and vibrant hops.
