Sparkling decided by the body, is a beer from the original personality. Arises from yeasts that are derived from those used for the "Islay Whisky", is amber in color and has a dense foam. Dry and slightly vinous, offers hints of fruit and caramel does not hide its origins in the heat showing clean alcohol which sometimes reminds distillates peaty.
