Lost Rhino

Amber Ale – 4.5% ABV – 28 IBU

Brewed in the California Common style, this light amber brew has the unique flavor of a warm fermented lager and Pacific Northwest Hops. In the 19th Century, California brewers were unable to control fermentation temperatures so they were obliged to use their lager yeast at temperatures warmer than customary for traditional lager. Enjoy!
