Lost Rhino

IPA – 6% ABV – 55 IBU

An IPA designed by our alumnus brewer Alex Lynch, fermented with our house Brettanomyces bruxellensis strain isolated by Jasper Akerboom, fermented and aged for several months. The hops used in this beer complement the pineapple-aromas and fruitiness produced by the Brett perfectly. Funky, earthy and fruity, intense tartness and lingering bitterness.
