Lost Rhino

Imperial Pilsner – 7.5% ABV – 80 IBU

Megafauna is an India Pale Lager. It gets its hoppy character from Centennial, Columbus and Cascade hops. To appease the Lager Gods, we used Saaz and Hallertau for aroma. At 7.5% ABV and 80 IBU's it is balanced, but robust - like a Rhino on the veldt - it's graceful, but will not stand down. Megafauna pays tribute to the large animals that still roam the planet. They are rare and precious, so Lost Rhino made a rare and precious beer in their honor and in the hope that they will be preserved.
