Falcon Smash | 13 | Triple Crossing Richmond, VA | IPA 7.5% ABV | This IPA is a hop-head’s dream. Massively hopped with Falconer’s Flight after the boil and allowed to whirlpool an additional 30 minutes, this IPA is then double dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight and Motueka. Prepare for a hop punch that Captain Falcon would be proud of, "Falconnnn punch!".
Dark Hollow | 6 | Blue Mountain Afton, VA | Imperial Stout 10% ABV–79 IBU | Dark Hollow blends the miracle of two crafts–brewing and distillation–to create a work greater than the sum of its parts. An Imperial Stout has been aged in charred American oak bourbon barrels still dripping with uncut whiskey. For 100 days the young beer patiently breathes in and out of the wood, gaining complexity, character, and serious attitude. Can be enjoyed immediately, or five years later, when you dust off the last vintage bottle from your cellar to share with good company.
Available as long as each batch lasts, November-April.
Rockville Red | 6 | Midnight Rockville, VA | Irish Red Ale 5.5% ABV–23 IBU | Reddish color, moderately caramel malt flavor up front that finishes with a slightly dry roast flavor. We’re bringing the old country to Rockville with our red.

White | 3 | Allagash Portland, ME | Witbier 5.5% ABV–10 IBU | Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.
2014 Bourbon Cru | 3 | Hardywood Park Richmond, VA | Belgian Quad 10.2% ABV–18 IBU | Hardywood Bourbon Cru is brewed in the fashion of the abbey quadrupel, the grand cru of many of Belgium’s revered monastic breweries. Bourbon Cru displays a sunset orange hue with a substantial head and brilliant clarity after months of barrel ageing. The maturity and melding of flavors brought on by the freshly drained, half-decade old Virginia bourbon barrels from Fredericksburg’s A. Smith Bowman Distillery lends an extraordinary sense of harmony to Bourbon Cru. Almond toffee and oaky vanilla aromatics give way to dark cherries, raisins and mature whiskey. A bit of plum flavor is greeted by caramel overtones and an assertive yet incredibly rounded body and a lingering, bourbon-laced finish.
Bomb! | 3 | Prairie Artisan Ales Krebs, OK | Imperial Stout 13% ABV | Bomb! is an imperial stout aged on coffee, chocolate, vanilla beans, and ancho chili peppers. The peppers add just the right amount of heat to complement the intense coffee and chocolate flavors. Bomb! has been named a RateBeer Top 100 Beer in the World for three consecutive years!
Big Papi | 3 | Commonwealth Brewing Virginia Beach, VA | Double IPA 8% ABV | The 8% big brother version of Papi Chulo, super juicy with low bitterness!
Enjoy By | 3 | Stone Brewing Escondido, CA | Double IPA 9.4% ABV | You have in your hands a devastatingly fresh double IPA. While freshness is a key component of many beers- especially big, citrusy, floral IPAs- we’ve taken it further, a lot further, in this IPA. You see, we specifically brewed it NOT to last. We’ve not only gone to extensive lengths to ensure that you’re getting this beer in your hands within an extraordinarily short window, we made sure that the Enjoy By date isn’t randomly etched in tiny text somewhere on the bottle, to be overlooked by all but the most attentive of retailers and beer fans. Instead, we’ve sent a clear message with the name of the beer itself that there is no better time than right now to enjoy this IPA.
