Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.

Ardent Pilsner is a golden straw, clear pilsner with classic lager aroma that is clean and bready, with light grassiness from 100% Hallertauer mittelfrüh noble hops. Medium body and high carbonation accentuate the soft bitterness, malty sweetness and mild fruitiness.

El Duderino is inspired by slackers, sweaters, eccentric friends and exotic drinks (the White Russian to be exact). This decadent chocolate milk stout has been a year in the making and has been piloted and tested at the brewery countless times to ensure its quality. The final masterpiece pours midnight black and is capped with a tan pillowy head. Eight different malts and whole vanilla beans create flavors of chocolate and espresso, offering a perfect way to mellow out after a rough set on the lanes.

Devils Backbone Vienna Lager, 2012 Gold World Beer Cup and 2009 Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal winner, is a chestnut colored lager with a malty aroma and subtle toasty sweetness derived from a multi-stage mash. A pinch of noble hops gives this refreshing beer a clean finish.

Our most popular beer, Legend's is a full bodied version of a British Brown Ale. Expect a rich, malt-forward brew with a beautiful mahogany tone. Generous amounts of specialty malts bring flavors of sweet caramel, toasted nuts, coffee, and molasses, all perfectly balanced by a steady but cautious hop dryness. Fruity undertones provided by our house yeast strain bring the final flavor element to round out this world class ale.

This carefully crafted pilsner uses the finest ingredients and brewing techniques to ensure rich, full-bodied beer taste at only 96 calories.

Red Molly's rich character starts with a foundation of authentic Irish Ale malt. Cherry notes and a slight residual sweetness come from Crystal and Munich malts, with a touch of chocolate wheat. A clean bitterness, courtesy of mild British hops, balances the malt complexity and results in a flavorful and refreshing pint.

Pours a pale gold & is effervescent w/ pronounced fruit aroma of peach & melon. Crisp, tart & refreshingly dry.

The next in our playground series of Double IPAs, Lava features pineapple-forward Idaho 7, and mixed berry-like Mosaic hops. We achieved a new level of softness and creaminess in this beer, still with a huge aroma and flavor of tropical fruit and berries.

Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale represents a time honored tradition of brewing a special beer for the holiday season. There are generous portions of barley malts and fine whole hops of several varieties, creating a brew with a full, rich and hearty character.

This IPA is a hop-head’s dream. Massively hopped with Falconer’s Flight after the boil and allowed to whirlpool an additional 30 minutes, this IPA is then double dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight and Motueka. Prepare for a hop punch that Captain Falcon would be proud of, "Falconnnn punch!".

Welcome to Grand Cacao. This deliciously decadent stout is built on a foundation of rich chocolate malt, caramel malt and roasted barley. Cold-steeping on Peruvian cacao nibs and natural vanilla doubles down on the smooth symphony of chocolate, and a splash of milk sugar delivers a velvety sweet and creamy finish. Troegenator Double Bock is a dark, strong lager. It pours into a glass with a bronze to brown color, fluffy white head and bready malt aroma. The Troegenator leaves a rich, warming feeling and subtle spicy flavors. The style, Double Bock, dates back a century or so ago. During periods of fasting without solid foods, the Monastic brewers relied on the Double Bock; a stronger, richer beer to fulfill their basic nutritional needs. Known to them as "liquid bread," a Double Bock has a strong malt aroma and rich chewy body. In the spirited tradition of naming a Double Bock using the suffix "-ator," we give you Troegenator to provide warmth and nourishment all throughout the year.
