Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.

Ardent Pilsner is a golden straw, clear pilsner with classic lager aroma that is clean and bready, with light grassiness from 100% Hallertauer mittelfrüh noble hops. Medium body and high carbonation accentuate the soft bitterness, malty sweetness and mild fruitiness.

Bell's Two Hearted Ale is defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance. Hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest, massive additions in the kettle and again in the fermenter lend their characteristic grapefruit and pine resin aromas. A significant malt body balances this hop presence; together with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this leads to a remarkably drinkable American-style India Pale Ale.

Dark Hollow blends the miracle of two crafts–brewing and distillation–to create a work greater than the sum of its parts. An Imperial Stout has been aged in charred American oak bourbon barrels still dripping with uncut whiskey. For 100 days the young beer patiently breathes in and out of the wood, gaining complexity, character, and serious attitude. Can be enjoyed immediately, or five years later, when you dust off the last vintage bottle from your cellar to share with good company. Available as long as each batch lasts, November-April.

Summer vibes shine through in Bold Rock Paradise Orchard, pairing the tropical notes of the iconic flavor combination of passion fruit, orange and guava with the Blue Ridge hard apple cider to deliver a bright refreshment anywhere you are.

Most breweries have at least one piece of equipment that’s just a bit persnickity. Here at Boulevard we have fermenter number seven, the black sheep of our cellar family. Ironically, when our brewers were experimenting with variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in that very vessel. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish.

Devils Backbone Vienna Lager, 2012 Gold World Beer Cup and 2009 Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal winner, is a chestnut colored lager with a malty aroma and subtle toasty sweetness derived from a multi-stage mash. A pinch of noble hops gives this refreshing beer a clean finish.

Too extreme to be called beer? 120 Minute IPA is brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato, boiled for a full two hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for another month on whole-leaf hops! Clocking in at 15-20% ABV and 120 IBUs, 120 Minute is by far the biggest IPA ever brewed! It's easy to see why we call this beer THE HOLY GRAIL for hopheads!

Our most popular beer, Legend's is a full bodied version of a British Brown Ale. Expect a rich, malt-forward brew with a beautiful mahogany tone. Generous amounts of specialty malts bring flavors of sweet caramel, toasted nuts, coffee, and molasses, all perfectly balanced by a steady but cautious hop dryness. Fruity undertones provided by our house yeast strain bring the final flavor element to round out this world class ale.

Belgian Pale Ale meets world-class Sour Ale in this collaboration between Brewery Ommegang and Liefmans.

Red Molly's rich character starts with a foundation of authentic Irish Ale malt. Cherry notes and a slight residual sweetness come from Crystal and Munich malts, with a touch of chocolate wheat. A clean bitterness, courtesy of mild British hops, balances the malt complexity and results in a flavorful and refreshing pint.

Got hops? This vicious IPA does, boasting powerful hop flavor and aroma. We combine a carefully selected malt base, seven varieties of boil hops, and a generous dry-hop to form an India Pale Ale with exceptional balance.

Irish stout

This IPA is a hop-head’s dream. Massively hopped with Falconer’s Flight after the boil and allowed to whirlpool an additional 30 minutes, this IPA is then double dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight and Motueka. Prepare for a hop punch that Captain Falcon would be proud of, "Falconnnn punch!".

Kölsch is a style of ale that famously originated in Cologne, Germany. A true summer session ale, this Kölsch utilizes German Tettnanger and Hallertau Hops, that combine to provide a hoppy explosion packed in every can.
