New Zealand hops are known for their high alpha acid qualities best suited for bittering. We took a different approach in this New Zealand hop inspired pale ale. Using Green Bullet and Pacific Jade hops in the boil, this malty ale provides your taste buds with cracked peppercorns, capsicum, and a serious lingering grapefruit finish. Dry hopping exclusively with Pacific Jade hops creates a fresh floral and citrus aroma. Enjoy this fresh while it lasts.
