It has been a while folks, but we have once again brought together an exquisite compilation of barrel aged beers to send your senses on a roller coaster ride. Brian's Barrel Blend #4 brings together equal parts 2013 Bourbon Cru, 2013 barrel aged Hoplar, and 2013 barrel aged Russian Imperial Stout. Whoa! To add to the twist of bright hop bitterness and aroma, we blended in a bit of fresh Great Return as well. Confused yet? Come in and try it out. This beer greets you with pear, candied apple, dark fruit and sweetbread. It glazes the taste buds with notes of dark chocolate and caramel, and finishes out the experience with a warming bourbon and citrus finish. What a ride. Only 13 barrels of this beer were blended. Get some while you can.
